Perhaps you are correct. Just for clarification I was only referrring to Casey being able to smile. For me, as a Mom (btw when I was 21 I already had two children), even if I were innocent sitting through court hearings, I don't think I could smile.... JMO

ITA. In my humble opinion, the defense has taken a few things out of context so they could say, "See here, look what the state did." Looks to me like they have also formed their opinions or "interpretations" in a similar manner - so out of the full context.

Me thinks when AL finally got to watch these, she went "OMG, we have to get these destroyed!" and hence the motion. IMO

IA and why didn't her mother (CA) at that point scream out "We need to get Caylee Now!!!"...she didn't have to follow those directions. Caylee should have been priority #1 in deed, not a future trial!!! (But of course, we all know it was too late for Caylee however that wasn't what they thought...

Add to everything else already said, the tattoo, "the beautiful life". Accident or abduction, that tattoo makes no sense with a grieving scared mother. imo

Exactly! the defense trying to throw out any and all distractions does not convince me! I don't see how they can make all the pieces fit together reasonably for their side. imo
