I would just like to say that Lauren's parents are the epitome of dignity. This case makes me furious - I think if I were her mom I would be in jail for ripping someone's face off by now. They are able to handle it with such grace.

I just meant that we don't know what the nature of the contact between LS and JW was during the relevant time. Were they fighting? The post I replied to said that there was no documented contact from JW - not likely true, IMO. He was trying to get a hold of her, so LE probably has record of...

I don't really think it's that big of a deal - she likely had an awful week, and is truly glad to be home and with her friends, and the number of her tweets about LS far outnumber the "silly" ones. Whether it's a smart idea for her to be tweeting about blunts, etc, while she's in the public...

Maybe the attorney isn't referring to her boyfriend. Also, we don't know whether JW was in contact with her that night. Unless some has his phone records and is holding out on us.

Unless JR drove home for the summer. With her body.

Not a safe bet, IMO. What if the witness saw her (or whoever) but she's just not on the video? Like she's out of the camera shot? Think about it like this - forget the video was ever mentioned or a possibility. You're left with a witness account of LS, so it kind of is the same thing.

I find the witness credible, if what TG says is true. She was on the record when she made these statements, but he chose to protect her identity.

Maybe it that witness actually saw them at 3:38 they were in an area of the sidewalk or whatever that isn't covered by the video camera. Could be that they have her on the video walking somewhere, and at 3:38 she was standing and talking (or falling over as the witness claims).

He was super confusing, but what I took from that is LS is NOT on the video at 3:38. BUT: Someone already known to them is on the video, never clear about what time this person is on the video, or if LS is on the video with this person. He also said that it doesn't necessarily mean that...

Right, but he never said she wasn't on the video.

Maybe the time stamp on the video is wrong. You'd think they would have checked that though, after the truck fiasco.

Did he just say that LS is NOT in the 3:38 videos?

It may have been a tactical manuever by LE - like they didn't want to tip off whoever that person was that they knew about him/suspected him.

It may have been credible at the time, and they played their cards close to the vest. Since then whoever the 3:38 dark-skinned man is may have checked out.

I think that it would have been easy for JR to get rid of her body on his way home for the summer.

I've read that the boy who found her keys, AA, saw them lying in grass. He then stated his friend walked by a few hours later and saw them still there, so he picked them up and put them on the railing. I also thought that her "keys" weren't really keys, but a keycard to get into her...

Or maybe he was pressuring her into sex or being overly aggressive, which is why she called DR. I feel like if the situation is how we're speculating that wouldn't be too far off.

There was, some pages back - maybe between 3:00-6:00 (I'm on central time). It's just a copy of his "front" fb page and the pic is tiny. I'll go back and look too, but maybe it got "cleaned up", per the earlier post.

Yes, definitely. Is JR class of 2012? If so, maybe he just went home for the summer and still has his lease (living there next year too). Like everyone has said, it would be nice if we could figure out when he left campus. That article says everyone was cooperating with LE in terms of...

If he left in such a hurry as everyone is saying, he may well have packed up his car with his personal effects, and nobody would suspect that one of his duffel bags/containers had a body inside. I was also thinking that maybe LS really did use his phone to call DR, but maybe it was for...
