Here in mobile county you are appointed attorney by the courts. The state then picks up the bill. I'm not sure but i think it's a set fee. The courts are really behind so that's why i am thinking of the delay's. I don't know how it works in baldwin county.

Is it possible that when derrick was on the run and just wanted to talk to his little brother he told him where brittney was and the little brother told the juvenile division. Wasn't the little brother in youth center right before all of this happen? I think derrick knows more than we think.

I think Scott was picked up by Saraland police, which is north of Mobile, but still in the county. All the rest of the woods clan lives in south Mobile county.

I think in the beginning it was stated that brittney phone was a prepaid phone.( not the plan she was on with donnie and wendy) here in mobile they are straight talk or trac phone's. Not real sure about them, but i have seen some people with the sames phones that are offered on contract plans...
