There are people out there who would act like Jason, whether guilty or not guilty. (I think he is guilty.) People who are very intelligent, have iron wills, #1 priority for them at all times is self-preservation. They do not ask questions of others in most situations, so even if not guilty...
Really, seriously, I thot skin cells are a part of dust in houses. I thot every time we move, dead skin cells are flying off into the air. Is that incorrect?
I do realize dust is made up of other stuff also. Educate me!
I can't see even someone worried about appearances touching a spouse for any reason except violence toward them when in their hostile situation. Can the DNA get there wafting thru the air? -I know skin cells do that all the time-that's how we get dust, right? It may be weak evidence standing...
MAYBE his DNA on her neck could be explained away, but it really seems a stretch to me. I think the simplest explanation is usually correct, not always, which would be that his DNA is there because he touched her neck, probably in some manner that killed her. Does common sense enter into any...
I wonder if he's in a cell alone or with others. And what do these people do with their time? Can they watch TV or read? I'd guess they can't use computers. That must be quite a hardship for BC.
What's the next step in this process? Does he plead "not guilty?" How soon will they be setting the trial date? Thanks for any info anybody has on this stuff.
I was thinking about things from his family's point of view. Maybe they realize he's probably guilty. They love him and want to help him. On the other hand, they may not want to possibly jeopordize assets that they're hoping to leave to both sons or to grandchildren. They may be considering...
I think this whole set-up was a very dangerous situation-NC's sister saw that clearly. I'm not sure NC got good advice-or maybe she did and just didn't realize how much danger she really was in, obviously. I guess if it was me in the situation, I'd probably think "Yeah, this will definitely...
I guess Cisco had to end this somehow. And I guess if someone's going to bail him out, it could take awhile to come up with that much money. Wonder when the trial will take place?
I don't see BC as someone who especially likes or feels a need for alcohol. Someone with more of a need for other people and someone more feeling and emotional tends toward alcohol more. Living with someone like BC could certainly steer you in the alcohol direction also. jmo
I think he could have spent alot of time thinking and planning and would do things that on the surface would look like "see how I'm always just trying to make her happy, although she treats me terrible." In his mind he would always feel like he's being attacked, just defending himself, totally...
I'm wondering what damning evidence LE has. If the trunk bottom tested positive for something, that would clench it. I can't imagine BC saying anything in an email that could prove guilt.
IIRC, I think she requested it because she said she'd had a bad year and deserved it. Not sure it had anything to do with an anniversary. I think it was purchased in the Fall of 2007??
