Well, if the person whom they are suspicious of has clothing on that's easy to identify they should be able to find him in videos taken by folks. I hope this gets resolved quickly.

Would it be correct to believe the bomb would have to be in the bottom of the trash can to cause lower limb injuries? When it exploded it would have sent the debrie straight out lower than waist high or maybe 3 ft high. I just can't see those trash cans not being full of water bottles etc.

The distance between the two bombs was said to be 50=100 yards, you could run that in under 10 seconds. Maybe he was setting them off by hand somehow. Imo
