He was only taken into custody because he was with POI when arrested, but then he was released.

Seems from all we have seen that he is a pathological liar, narcissist, and a complete psychopath!

He probably did it to meet girls... made him look smarter and safer being he was one of their classmates...

And sadly, he actually got away with it for that time being... until the police showed up with a warrant and neighbors started talking about it. Sigh. It really is unbelievable. I'd be calling the police if any of our close neighbors were burning stuff in their yard, even without a strong...

True, I was making an assumption (and we know how those often turn out). I think it was based on the timing of it that I got from the article I read... and having this case in my head. It would definitely fit the whole scenario and play into the premeditated angle. I guess we shall see.

Some guy leaving told reporters he was aware of Kenzie knowing this guy and didn't like him or have a good feeling about him! Kenzie had talked to him about the POI. So they did know each other before this all happened :eek: ETA: Yes, he had been in contact with police about it before today...

Apparently, they arrested the second man at first because he was with the POI when he was arrested, but he was cleared & released. Only the POI is being charged with her murder.

Pretty sure he was lying to try to stay out of trouble...

I actually saw there were 2 separate ones set up by different people, not by the GF but both mentioned being for her to help with costs of staying, food, and transportation during the searches.
