I’d like to understand what he did and where he was in the time between the murders and his arrest. Was he posting here or on Reddit or calling in to live streams on YT? I assume all of those contacts (and I have no doubt there were some) would leave traceable evidence on his devices? My guess...

Wonder how long they’ve known and how long they’ve been tracking him? Were LE’s initial comments that the community was not in danger premature? Targeted seems to indicate he must have had some prior contact with the victims but my gut says he would be a repeat offender if given the opportunity. MOO

Was the death of an Idaho student in the early spring discussed here? Ruled accidental drowning, tragic. Perhaps someone played a role in the events leading to that student’s death and was afraid of being revealed? MOO complete conjecture.

Just a thought, MOO, but an ELANTRA wouldn’t be a great car to have in Idaho in the winter. It’s also not a high status car for that area—like a Jeep, pick up truck, Range Rover or other 4WD. It’s probably fairly useless in the snow.

The timeline seems risky for the perp. Weekend night, more people in the house and likely to be more activity in the neighborhood. The bedroom light goes out at 3am…the victims could easily have still been awake and scrolling on their phones. No guarantee they’re all asleep from the perp’s...

Who in their close orbit felt powerless leading up to this? Powerless after being kicked out of a fraternity? Powerless after being left out in the cold? Powerless to stop a loved one from leaving? This murder seems to be about re-gaining power through retribution. MOO

Is it possible to override the time stamp on a Ring camera video? In other words, if my alibi is to be verified by the Ring camera at my house, could I change the timestamp on the video to make it appear that I was home?

The Rhoden case took what felt like forever to be solved, at least publicly. IIRC law enforcement had suspects identified relatively quickly in that case, just nothing public.

MOO Wonder if someone had planned a future with one of the victims and had purchased a ring for proposing in a narrow window of opportunity but was rebuffed/rejected.
