I don't think this deposition will EVER happen--wish it would but just do not think it will ever occur.

Probably because it is obvious from the jurors who have spoken that the jury (which IMHO discussed the case before deliberations in direct violation to Judge Perry's admonishments) based their verdict SOLELY upon the Defense's fantasy opening statement.

I agree, what this jury lacked was common sense, the ability to follow the courts instructions, and the intelligence to ask for clarification of instructions they did not understand.

If you listen to the jurors who have spoken, it is apparent that they based the entire verdict on the Defense opening statement and NOTHING else. They must have missed or misunderstood the instruction that opening statements are NOT evidence. Not surprising though since they obviously did not...

I agree. I have a question, is Morgan, the Morgan&Morgan firm that Clint House said is helping him, Tony, Cam, etc. pro Bono with Caylee's Law?

Maybe they put her in the trunk to take her out--not meant to be funny, but how ironic would that be.

Clint House is now on HLN with Vinnie. He, Tony, etc. are pushing Caylee's Law--good for them. Clint said Morgan & Morgan have taken this on pro bono and former Governor Charlie Crist is also supporting them. Good for these young men.

Thanks was not enough for this post--excellent article. I have believed since the verdict that the jury listened to the DEFENSE OPENING (which is not evidence) and made their decision from that and that alone. This jury did not follow the judge's instruction, the jury instructions, and IMHO...
