I see a foot, which yes, looks covered in a sock or some sort of spandex material, and poor Travis head turned ever so slightly to the right, his right arm above him and his foot...
The socks are also an example of premeditation. If she had just lost in a crime of passion, why would she think to wear socks over her shoes? I know that it couldn't be used in court, but perhaps one of the clues that helped them piece it all together in the beginning.

Gee, I don't think so. I know there's a fusion burrito place where we used to eat spaghetti when I was younger. It was such an old-school restaurant with red velvet wallpaper, hence The Red Room, which was adjacent to it. We all still recognize it as the Santa Cruz Hotel building, though.
I'm 41 with two small children now, so it's been a while since I've been out at night...I know they do karaoke at the Surf Bowl near the Boardwalk. We're a college town, so it's a possibility that there's a karaoke bar somewhere downtown.
