So I guess this means case closed! These murders happened 5 min. down the street from me on the Waltham/Watertown line. Very rare to have murders here. All three victims grew up somewhere else and I hope the families now have some sense of closure!

I don't think it matters if it is a non-death penalty commonwealth. I'm sure they will ask the prospective jurors if they are opposed to the death penalty.
Thanks for the welcome! That was my first post, I actually registered in the CA trial then have been following the JA trial until everything happened here in Boston. Just wanted to assure people that murders are very rare in this city. I have been here for thirty years!
