Well said, I can't imagine what the girls families have been and are still going through. I could see him having little man syndrome, he is lacking in height and probably lacking in most departments.

I think someone on here previously mentioned that it's only sealed to the public and the dependent and his council have a right to that information.

Thats really bad and it does happen. If RA is innocent though, i would hope the jury would recognise that from the evidence. Thats why trials happen, to prove or disprove guilt. I still think the PC AA should remain sealed. IMO.

What you just said and not wanting to taint a possible jury's minds with info before the trial has started. It's a high profile case so finding a jury without prior knowledge will be hard enough, especially with the release of more details.

Just catching up, I think the details regarding evidence or anything important should be sealed until the trial or when they see fit. If it could jeopardise the prosecutions case and let this murderer go free, then nothing should be released IMO.

If found guilty of felony murder, would he get less of a sentence than being charged with murder ?

Thank you for clarifying, I think I'm just being optimistic. I suppose there will be numerous hearings considering he's pleading not guilty. I also think he most likely acted alone and it was a chance encounter with the girls.

Of the stills taken of BG you can clearly see the outline of a gun under his blue jacket. I am quite certain he controlled them with a gun.

Is PCA the arrest affidavit?

For me, RA body type matched BG more than facial as you can't make out his face. I agree, the BG seems to have a larger torso, especially stomach area and quite thin legs, as does RA.
