I guess it's important to note that the type of pants Sam wore had lots of pockets and pocket space, so it wouldn't be as cumbersome to carry a couple sets of keys in the pockets.
Interesting speculation here. The idea of Sam getting kicked out is interesting. Obviously, Sam had Mark's keys when he was driving Mark's car, which would presumably have a key to the house on them.
However, prior to Mark's death, the keys he would use would most likely have been Emma's...
Yes, there is stuff in the warrants about stuff from dairy queen. Also, I'd assume the kroger might have been where Sam got his energy drinks also mentioned on the warrant, though they may have been from a gas station if there is a gas station close to the house.
Darn kids these days. Don't...
And, we know that he went to a Kroger per the receipts taken in the search warrant. Therefore, my deduction skills tell me that this must be the place. Grocery stores have high turn over rates, but if someone on the ground there wants to sniff this out a bit it might be useful.
ETA: of...
It wouldn't be barred by the hearsay evidence rule to bring up that police officers are telling sensitive information involving the case to people in a motion for change of venue. All it shows is that the population of the area is more prejudiced.
And, of course, it's not a slam dunk, but it...
Sure, but why would I tell them something completely unrelated to my narrowly escaping death: the candles and air machines and air fresheners?
The skinny cop thing is not at issue. Lots of people think they narrowly escaped death when they encounter someone who commits a violent crime. I...
If my argument isn;t abundently clear, I suppose my lack of eloquence is to blame. Maybe it's because I'm doing work and multi tasking, but that's fine. I'd like us to hold information to some standard. It doesn't have to be admissible in court. It just has to plausible and have some...
No one should take anything I say personally. I don't know anyone here so I can't have a personal vendetta against anyone. I'm attacking the theories and rumors, I'm not attacking anyone personally. But, if you guys aren't interested in analyzing bits of information critically, then I'll stop...
btw, I'll take number 3 as well, but I'm unsure whether you're offering them on a spectrum with not knowing enough information to be the middle ground. I don't think it's either he's a sociopath or it's a crime of passion. Could be other stuff too.
With regard to the cats and dogs: this doesn't particularly mean anything.
1. We've heard it before.
2. It's offered in a manner to suggest that Sam moved the dogs down to the basement, but it doesn't do that. The dogs could have been moved down there for any reason by anyone.
3. This...
Ziggy, in regards to the first red speculation disclaimer concerning the candles and air cleaning machines, here are my questions to its authenticity (that i don't expect you to answer):
1. Why would a funeral parlor owner be subject to such knowledge, such as whether and where the suspected...
I guess the correct chain is allegedly: The person who took the call from sam may have told the lone skinny cop (or maybe told someone who told the lone skinny cop) who told the funeral director who passed it along to a WS member who passed it to us.
We discussed this to some extent. After someone showed the price of these air cleaning machines, we reasoned it was possible that they were present in the rooms for allergies or something. A source was never named for this and it has never been corroborated by another source.
Yeah, that's where that happened. I remember that post specifically. It didn't sit right with me at the time and looking back on it now it still doesn't.
