    Found Deceased GA - Timothy Cunningham, 35, Chamblee, 12 Feb 2018 #2

Midge Montana, Forgot to quote, but this is truly the only "thoughts and prayers" post I've ever liked, and probably ever will. Well done, and thanks for sharing.

Question about this: if you are referencing the appearance of others on the social media of the victim, is that considered “sleuthing” friends? Some of those posts were clear-cut TOS violations, others were interesting and I thought they would remain.

Again attempting to clear up misconceptions about mental health and suicide: you can feel as happy as you want in certain moments, but it doesn't seem to have an effect on following through with suicide or having depression and/or other mental health conditions. In any case, looking happy is...

By “new supervisor”, are we referring to the botched Trump appointee? Brenda Fitzgerald? While hilarious, I’m sure it’s been a huge waste of time and money, not to mention stressful for absolutely everyone at the CDC.

Always interesting what we can and can’t see on foreign websites. Well, you’re not missing much. This would be another example of statistics on types and frequency of crime committed. I’m really surprised at how hard this is to find. Isn’t this a question that would come up a lot, on Websleuths...

Thanks, Shiresleuth. I didn't see a tool for case clearance rates on that website, though. Case clearance=rate solved. Did I miss something by viewing it on mobile? If there's nothing DeKalb specific, I'll take Georgia stats too. Just kind of figuring FBI/GBI would have this information posted...

Does anyone know how to find the missing person case clearance statistics/rates for DeKalb County? I'm seeing homicide and all other manner of crime, but can't find a database or annual report on this. I'm hoping this information would provide insight into why forensic technologies were avoided...

PHI for family is one thing, LE quite another. Must comply with missing persons investigations. https://www.hhs.gov/sites/default/files/ocr/privacy/hipaa/understanding/special/emergency/final_hipaa_guide_law_enforcement.pdf

If he was potentially seen jogging, a natural step would be to search near his home. There are the industrial sites: creepy cement factory, a water plant, railroad tracks etc. Then there are natural running paths: water main path going through Spink street, cemetery, parks. Would definitely take...

Having had some clinical experience with suicide, I think it’s important to point out that it can happen to absolutely anyone, from any background, with any job. Some applicable risk factors*** are: - Existing mental health conditions (increases) - Acute severe stressors (increases) -...

Does anyone know if “phone records“ implies that they were able to search his actual smartphone? If so, do they go through apps like GrubHub, etc? If he was sick, maybe he ordered some food and paid cash or the order wasn’t marked received? I only ask because there are lots of apps that can put...

Regarding the missing videos, I'm very surprised that they don't have security cameras on exits considering how secure the facility is. Of course, entries are more important, but still. In fact, I work in the area and took a picture of the CDC at around 3pm that day (that TC went missing, Feb...

My thoughts exactly. It is wise to only state confirmed facts at this point; the text message is unconfirmed with Tim as author. Also, to bring up the neighbor thing would be suggestive. Most when hearing about that would immediately jump to conclusions, that he knew he would go missing. I was...

At 25:00 in the podcast interview with Leon, the host gets it exactly right: so what if she was a prostitute and/or drug addict? And frankly, I think in defending her innocence alone we are being way too soft on this, denying it, trying to wash our hands of it, keep up appearances for everyone...

Wvangelderen, if anyone in your family is a practicing lawyer, they should have LexisNexis for their bill collections. Have you looked up anyone in her life there? Might offer insight.

For example, someone asked whether the neighbors might have heard anything. The houses are VERY close together on a quiet street. There are probably many reasons why such information can help.

I've compiled quite a bit of information on this case, but due to the TOS and just out of respect for Jenna should she come out of this ok, I don't want to air her personal details. However, I do note some allusions to a few romantic ups and downs in her Facebook life, some as far back as 2014...
