You have some great questions Mystery64! I can tell you this...the location the car was found was Forest Lane and Webb Chapel Road and that used to be a pretty big "hang-out" area. Highschoolers used to "cruise Forest Lane" in the 1980's...I don't think that was as popular to do in the later...
