Just checking in. Im local and saw this on the news earlier. We had more rain in the month of February this year than we have ever had before, wettest February since records have been kept. Praying for closure for the family , this is so hard.

My personal opinion only, not a legal opinion, but the roster of witnesses that you mention would probably be presented in the punishment phase of the trial if EA is found guilty on either AK or SA, not in the initial guilt/innocence portion of the trial because of relevance and other issues.
Yes, just my opinion only but the common room for several pods has one TV in Collin County so there are usually a large number of inmates watching.
At one time they had to agree on which show to watch but news was popular.
