Thanks, gxm. Imo, that was a dereliction of duty on the part of the prosecution team. jmo, and all that. Sometimes you have to sink down to Strolla level nonsense, sympathetic witness or not, to convict the killer. What a shame.

According to Dunn's girlfriend, he didn't tell her that he saw a rifle, either. That's what she told police the next afternoon. I really hope she takes the stand. However she answers the "Did he tell you he saw a gun?" question, it won't do this defendant any favors.
