I guess it's possible that the M's could have taken possession of her phone, but when would this have happened? She was on a date until 1:30ish, and then called her roommate. Tammy has been quite outspoken with her disdain for HE, and SM has not. But in my opinion, I think some people have used SM's silence to fill in their own blanks. SM not outwardly showing rage and hatred the same way TM did doesn't mean he didn't have those same feelings.
