CA - Cyberbullying led to suicide of 14yo Matthew Burdette, 29 Nov 2013

I am glad you started this thread, I was going to myself. The media continues to refer to this case as a bullying case, an embarrassing video case. This is child *advertiser censored* distributed and watched to the point of it going viral. This is clearly against the law, and although it is a good...

From what I read, it appeared as if they searched for dogs dying in cars, then what temperature it would have to be inside a car to kill a person, who long it would take to kill a person, what a person looks like dying (don't know if this was in a hot car or just in general). Keeping these...

I just read the article and watched the video of his interview on National Enquirer's website. I believe this guy. Too bad he didn't ask RH what he was in there for. Apparently no one asked, and he didn't talk about it.

I heard the National Enquirer has an endless supply of money to spend on investigation, unlike the LE. They were actually helping the LE in the Jon Benet Ramsey case although it remains unsolved according to one of the investigators who wrote a book about the case. It's actually not a waste of...

For me, if I received a text from my husband asking me when I was going to pick up his buddy, I would fully believe that my son was at the daycare. I thought there was a call between the two, which if it happened would have been her answering that question if all was a normal day. So she...

the charges: 2nd Degree Child Cruelty and Murder - What does it all mean?

As I am reading the Alabama law, criminal negligence causing a homocide would fall under felony c which would receive 1-10 years. That is without the intent, as I understand it. He would at least qualify for that, right?

the charges: 2nd Degree Child Cruelty and Murder - What does it all mean?

I knew minor4th was a mom, not a dad when she described how she is always thinking about her kids, where are they, what do they need, what are they going to eat! That was the first time I realized it.

GA - Suspicion over heat death of Cooper, 22 mo., Cobb County, June 2014, #13

Interesting points! I am wondering if the call he made to Leanna was a code. One ring means one thing, two rings, three rings, etc. So she didn't pick up but knew that he had successfully killed the child by leaving him in the car. The six minute call could have involved the regular...

Beginning to sound like whatever it was, his wife was not in agreement with or didn't know until after the fact. Airplane miles are a ridiculous reason to run up debt. Just buy a couple of tickets!

I think RH did want his two friends from work to be the ones with him when he made the gruesome discovery. They would be comforting to him, they know him, they won't be judging him, and they won't be throwing him into a squad car. Relying on the reaction of complete strangers to see what you...

RH stated that he kissed his son and told him he loved him because "he might get into a car accident and die". Interesting that he didn't say, we might get into a car accident. How does a baby get into a car accident?

This is what I was just realizing too. The first witness who told him his son needed CPR stated that he walked around to the other side of the vehicle and called someone. Perhaps he saw the police approaching and needed to talk to his wife about this as it wasn't in the plan. Maybe he was...

I agree. Can't even imagine the discussions but if they were in on this together, we have to assume they had them.

Probably thought he was choking because his mouth was open and his tongue was sticking out. Is it true that RH placed him on pavement? I see from the pics that he is right next to a grassy island with a tree. Personally I would have run towards the people holding my baby screaming for help...

Yes!! This is crazy! Maybe it was for breaking the lease. Very strange call to make. Most likely we will hear from the landlord on this call when the trial begins.

I am wondering if the parking lot where the discovery was made had a video camera recording the activity. Maybe a dash cam from the cruiser or even a cam showing RH in the backseat of the cruiser. I believe he was in there for about an hour.

My guess is that RH didn't expect the police to just show up as quickly as they did. Probably envisioned an ambulance swiftly taking Cooper to the hospital and he and LH meeting up and driving there together.
