Immediately after death, the muscles relax which can cause the release of bladder and bowels. In my opinion, this could cause a "significant" dna. Enough to prove she was in his trunk but not necessarily bodily injury (no blood). Just trying to make sense of the testimony of dna evidence.

My opinion is that EA could have lost his temper after HF wouldn't return calls/texts and Christina refused to take EA to HF for the "good rock". Or once she found out the content of his text, an argument started. Whether she was in agreement or not with HE'S choices, she still wouldn't want him...

I have always thought a wooded area. The damage to his car could be from driving through a field or wooded area in the dark with his lights off.

Thanks. You are much quicker with finding the link. Looks like the 4th, but that's still plenty of time for it to present and swelling and bruising.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but the date they interviewed and took pictures of the injuries was sept 6th, correct? As an ER nurse, I would think by that length of time the "bite mark" may present as swelling. MOO

As an ER nurse who was also a vet tech, distinguishing a human bite mark from a animal bite is not difficult for someone who isn't in the medical field. Animal bites will have punctures from the canine teeth. I do agree that it probably would be argued in court due to the fact that 4 days later...

I once worked at a place where they would bring in drug dogs to train them. Very disciplined dogs but they love to work. As they were hiding items to be found, the dog would sit and just bark because he was wanting to go search. Once he was given the command, he would go straight to the hidden...

it would take longer than 15 minutes just to get from sprint to that particular gas station. Doesn't make sense to drive that far for gas. Unless he took an early lunch to get something from home.

My understanding is they are only trained to pick up decomposition on human remains. I could be wrong.

Can't seem to find any info on how long it would take for the deceased to emit decomposition gases. But if it is immediately, the recent abduction that was caught on camera in phili, only took seconds to grab her and get away and she fought a big fight!

I also lean towards believing him despite the alarming amount of possible evidence to prove otherwise. But I also feel that people who lie, often believe their lies to be true. I stated my theory before, that he was showing off in the parking garage and hit her by accident (which is where the...

Makes me wonder if he turned his main phone off and turned on one of the other phone that it's been stated by employees that he would have several at one time.

I've been following from the beginning and have never posted. Questions...if they were able to get data that his phone was physically turned off, could they get that data from Christina's phone or would they have to have her physical phone to get that info? Would be interesting to know if they...

sadly it really is a horrible thought but honestly a head lock never crossed my mind but from what his coworkers reported, the injuries do fit that theory.
