Nah, I think all that was on kfgo was that they had a dog following a scent and and some point they lost it. Pretty sure they didn't mention anything about the railroad tracks or what distance they followed it for.

Nope, they never confirmed it. The Fargo cops were saying that was the last known location when he was missing. Then the Moorhead Police said they searched that rv place of all places because of tips, cell phone tracking, and proximity to his last known location. By the way they worded it...
