On 9-8-12 a friend of Faith’s talked with investigators regarding ETJ’s threat/behavior. Karena and Marisol were outside crime scene once police got there. They were not separated and interviewed right then. <modsnip - no link>

According to court documents it was a friend that Faith had confided in about ETJ’s threat/behavior.

If there is it isn’t public information.

Long time, no post. I can’t help but see so many similarities in Faith’s murder as the Idaho student’s murders. Off campus housing, questionable roommate behavior, and outsiders being charged with murder. I have been invested in this case since it hit the news. I have researched a lot. I have...

I watched the trial on this case. It appears that CHPD hoped for another "slam dunk" case and brought in their "A-Team" JMO

“According to WTVD, investigators obtained the suspect’s DNA without his consent during a DWI traffic stop two days before the announcement, according to the report.” BBM. After 9 years and this guy could get out due to obatining DNA w/o consent from MIguel. So, yes, in my opinion an arrest was...

I think it is disgusting they use Faith's name in the same sentence as Chris Blue solved her case. Sure didn't solve it. Hurried an arrest so it would look good upon retiring. Blue grew up in CH. I don't trust him or CHPD. I think Blue checked out long ago. All is JMO.

I believe it is a situation of building a good case. I know we don't want to see anyone who had knowledge or acted with MO before or after Faith's murder. The discovery phase can last a year or so. It's only the beginning. What breaks my heart is they (CHPD) had the presser. They (CHPD) could...

BBM 100%. it is to my understanding that CH contacted officer in MD. MD officer helped lead to relatives, interviewed and tested. I think all that info was gathered and MO was found sleeping in car. My guess is CHPD was probably onto him, from MD officer, but had no reason or probable cause to...

BBM that is incorrect, not all podcasts have said that. I’ve done my research.

it is weird that Miguel’s dna is found on everything one would expect it to be found on in a crime scene. It was 2012 most people over 16 have seen a crime scene show. Why not clean up? Why not even try to? Where does the confidence come from he won’t be caught?

I do not believe I said KR and her friends “covered” for Miguel for all these years. In fact, you actually have no idea what I believe. I know that I am on a forum for Faith not KR. BBM-wow. Of course you can have your opinion-I never tried to take that away from you. Are you an L1?

Everything is just my opinion. I only have hopes of FAITH getting the justice she deserves-all people involved or knowledge thereafter charged, tried, and found guilty in a court of law. #J4F

I believe CHPD was working with a guy from MD, who is an officer for Montgomery county, MD. This officer specializes in family trees using info from ancestry type sites. The MD officer had been working on finding family members of Miguel. Then *total speculation* Miguel’s DNA was most likely...

BBM When do you think he decided to take a chance of burglarizing an apartment on a second level? Why so risky? Do you think he was with someone? I wonder if Miguel had seen Faith and friends at any of the spanish clubs? That is if Faith and her friends frequented any of the spanish clubs, or...

It is interesting, what are people’s thoughts on him having a car then? I believe if you are a delivery drive then you definitely have to supply your own car and insurance. I’m not sure I think he saw here from delivering a pizza. I can believe her going to the place he was working in 2012. JMO.

I don’t think I ever implied men can’t call women *advertiser censored*. I’ve been lucky enough to be called a by both men and women. Handwriting expert believes it’s a female writer due to the wording and the actual lettering. Also that the writer tried to write with their opposite hand. The word...
