The find phone app would be very fast to find where she was, let's say sometimes she took the kids next door to neighbors to visit maybe he didn't want to call and interrupt , maybe he thought they could be out back. It shouldn't cause alarm.

I'm thinking if she was pulled into car it would make sense she would try to call for help. That's how he got the idea to throw phone. What puzzles me is if they were heading north then why throw phone out passenger window.. Possibly 2 predators?
I believe she was snatched on sunrise, restrained and items were tossed after making the first turn right. The phone and garment was found right in front of a house. Lots of less visible places to get her in a car than in front of this house, also would explain why no scent.
