Spiritecho explained a few pages back how some people have access to a different version of Odyssey that allows them to click on links and view court documents that others cannot.
I am assuming this is how this was done.

Thank you for explaining this better than I could. That's how I got the copy of the PO, that I now realIze was against TOS to post.

I'm pretty sure "on or about" is a pretty common phrase on legal documents.
I work for an attorney and almost every pleading we do that he mentions a date he uses that same term.

It's so far away and blurry and distorted I don't think we can even confirm it's a mustache. I originally thought so too but now I'm just not so sure what I thought I saw as a mustache is even that. Jmo!

Good point.
And gosh it really makes one realize how blurry and distorted the actual pic of BG is. So hard to make out any specific details. I'm not sure we can even tell if he has a mustache let alone a white or a brown one. Could be a shadow. Could be part of his jacket, impossible to tell...
Definitely scary. I live 20 mins from Delphi, in what I deem a very safe area/neighborhood, but this has really shaken me. I have 2 six year old boys, and I don't let them out of my sights. Not even in the front yard for 5 minutes unless I'm out there. Not sure that's the way to live, but...
I was watching dateline last weekend and it really makes you think when you see all that goes into solving these cases. The particular one I was watching, months went by while they were gathering all their evidence.
They'd called one particular person in multiple times, searched his home, car...
I'm not sure. I just happened to be sleuthing him and came across it. I would think if it was a wife we would have seen the marriage dissolution for her on the court records but we don't so maybe not? All moo.

I apologize but I can't link it because when I do it just goes to the login page. I did post a screen shot of the court docket a few pages back since I can't link it.

I didn't think you were. I didn't mean to sound short. I am driving and using talk to text, so it's hard to convey what I'm saying. :)

I never said it is relevant to this case at all. I posted that in my opinion it was Interesting and someone replied saying there was no protective order online.
I was just saying I found it interesting in my opinion.

I'm driving but will look at the website I am using. Like I said, it's the one we use at work. I believe it's called Odyssey - but we have a username and password that allows us to see more information.

It has the person who filed name, his name, the date, and other "court talk" about it being granted. I can't see the actual order that she filed, but I can see all the typical docket info regarding it.
