Update - Remains Identified as Paul Metroplos, 34 of Opelika, AL Metroplos had been missing since August 20, 2009. He was reported missing from a mental health facility in Opelika. A search at the time of his disappearance did not turn up any clues at the time. His remains were located last...

Turns out the remains are a man, so Lori hasn't been found. However, they did mention this being related to a missing persons case.
