Why did you go to Jay Blanchard Park and make a stink when LP was looking for remains but do nothing like that when the search was going on down the street from your house?
Why are you both still giving "conflicting statements" after having told law enforcement you would not do that anymore...
you also mentioned her leaving a clue; it would be interesting to know if the balloons were just deflated or if they had been ruptured/popped/ripped up (ala annie's hat... )
i don't know anything about this specific tip, but i find it interesting that (if it's true) the police officer truly found something that he just left it there...
i don't think they can at this point because they've been sticking with the nanny story... it would be one thing if she was crying "nanny" and jb was going "uh... don't listen to my client - she's cuckoo for cocoa puffs."
i voted "other" for this very reason - the first time i heard anything about this story, i KNEW the mother had something to do with it because she never reported the disappearance to the police...
in order:
1. probably not.
2. yes, probably - if he's smart, he'll start trying to convince her now and maybe even tamper with her car so she can't just leave without him knowing.
3. don't know if jb and bc are "friends" or not but he (jb) should definitely tell bc he'll owe him big time...
i was thinking about that the other day... that i'd read/heard somewhere that george said the last time he saw caylee, kc was carrying her out of the house. it just hit me that she might have been dead instead of asleep... so very sad : (
and i voted for car trunk, but might not be right...
That's awful...
With Casey's history of "mis-truths" and "half-truths" I would think the police would want to make sure Caylee's real father had a chance to know about her and what happened, in case Casey had omitted telling him because it wasn't in her best interest.
While watching the emergency hearing 12/16/08, I started wondering about something that was said regarding remains:
Once the identification is made, the parents are notified and then the remains are released to the family.
IF the body is Caylee's, they'll let her mother know... but...
i wonder how that works, because i know the mail for people in jail (and prison) is monitored - how do they do that with the attorney carrying things back and forth?
