VERDICT WATCH - Sentencing of Jodi Arias - Retrial Day 42

I also vape myself and am trying to quit cigarettes totally. Some success. I figure if I do every other one I am making progress. I would caution you against using an e-cig with nicotine with a patch as that could result in nicotine overdosing. Good luck.

Retrial for Sentencing of Jodi Arias - Day 32

I so agree that this is the grown up version of "I'm gonna hold my breath until I turn blue", if I don't get my way.

George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin General discussion #4

What I am hearing is the habit of leaving out verbs which some folks do, "I could hear it Travon" leaving out the was. I have heard this manner of phrasing and know that the verb is just not spoken.

trial day 47: the defense continues its case in chief #142

I'm not worried. I think all the attorneys are familiar with the "games" that must be played in an adversarial trial. I also think that after this is over, they may slap each other on the back and go have a drink together.

trial day 39: the defense continues its case in chief #115

I think they use the defendant's name in all motions. I know I laughed when I read one in the FCA case, that "CA prays the court......".

Unedited Police Interrogation Videos of Jodi

I heard 7:38, too, and thought "how Jodi". I didn't hear the lilt before eight, just a flat 7:38, like an exact time, funny what we hear, yes?

trial day 38: the defense continues its case in chief #110

I sometimes am guilty of saying "used to could" do something. I don't know where this comes from, but it comes so easily to my tongue.

Jodi Arias Murder Trial - the defense continues it's case in chief-*Weekend* #89

My mister prefers the shaving mug a d brush but still uses the bic type raxor, I;m sure the mug a d brush would look old fashioned to a lot of people instead of shaving cream from a can.

jodi arias TAKES THE STAND FOR 10TH DAY #53 *may contain graphic and adult content*

Just a thought on Jodi's answer to breaking in and stealing her grandpa's gun. She could have been truthful to the not breaking in part, therefore in her mind she was telling the truth. She didn't have to break in.

Someone may have already said this, but I think this was the beginning of a visit and CA was trying to joke or tease with Casey. When Casey mentioned that she had talked to the psychologist, I think CA said we forgive anything you told them in a teasing manner. And I think Casey retorted back...

I think this is brilliant on FG part. Having his memory refreshed by the depos each time leaves nothing for the DT to impeach him with. No way to make him look like a liar or having any motives except to find his neice.

Body language of CA & GA during this trial

I am still troubled by the parents belief that rules don't apply to them. Bringing the teddy bear to court, wearing the caylee bracelets, the pin on GA's collar. I would have much more sympathy for them if they didn't constantly try to get away with things, even small things. It just shows a...

Maybe Because she didn't "put her hands in her back pockets", LDB must have got that little detail wrong. Remember how she grabs on to tiny details to discount what is being said about her.
