The media, from the very start, took on the role of the prosecution, the judge, the jury, and the executioner. They played these roles so well, that Casey became the most hated woman in America, and a majority of the general population was convinced she did it, and would be convicted, without...
Richard Grund, in a police interview, states that Casey had talked about a nanny named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzales, long, long before Caylee's demise. If, he was telling the truth, then it is impossible that Casey was talking about the Zenaida Gonzales who filed the complaint against Casey...
With the appeal still pending, I would like to hear HHBP's legal reasoning behind releasing these sealed depositions.
The release of these depositions may have a favorable impact for Ashton on the motion the defense asked of HHBP to have Ashton come in explain how he can revealed sealed...
The media claimed JB's opening statement was trial changing and jaw dropping, yet as JB was presenting it, Mr. Ashton looked amused.
My question is, was JB's opening statement the equivalent of a giant sucker punch at the start of the fight, or was it completely expected by the prosecution and...

from the article:
This case is set to go to trial in April.
However, Anthony’s civil attorneys plan on asking the judge to throw out the suit before then
I won't look Beach, really, I won't look. Say Beach, see this shiny coin with a string attached? See it moving back and forth. Watch this shiny object Beach. Slowly moving back and forth, back and forth. Relax, as it moves back and forth. You are getting sleepy Beach. The shiny object is slowly...
I don't think Green is the one releasing the video. The depo was taken at Morgan's office, and recorded by Morgan, so the video rights belong to Morgan. Green could put in a motion to stop the video from being released, if Morgan decides to release the video, but I'm not so sure Green could file...
Has anyone found any results as to how Jeff Ashton's book is doing in sales? Has it hit any best seller lists?
I'm looking forward to Mason's book also, because I like to hear from more than one source. I think Jeff's book gave a good look at the prosecution point of view, and I think...
I tend to give credit to those who have been in a profession for years, a little quicker than the relative newbies to a profession. JB as compared experience wise to CM is a newbie, while CM is the wiley old veteran, that has been practicing in Florida for many years. He and HHBP obviously have...
I find JA's new employment to be a tad bit ironic. The true irony of this new job, would come if LDB found a use for Dr. Vass's technology in a case that JA's firm happened to be defending.

Cheney Mason is writing a book.
I am looking forward to reading this book, just as much as I am looking forward to reading the book by JA.
I agree that the Sunshine law should be held up until after trial. I don't know if a gag order would be necessary if the discovery wasn't shown until after trial, unless the lawyers were attempting to try the case via the media, then yes, a gag order should be used immediately.
I wonder if these women were even in the same room with GR while he was having these sexual encounters, or if there were just photographs of these women in magazines while he was having these encounters :)
