Sorry Buzz, I mean that is the only "for sure" location with a house that had criminal activity, since it is where the body was found (vs. the named places like boat launch, parking lot, etc.)
re: glass shards and the "kitchen @ home." My guess (or IMO) would be it is the "house" LE knows as the crime scene - meaning there are/were probably glass shards at that location too. Which home? Leads me to think it is the CB house as that is the only for sure house we know of.
However that...

I agree with every point you've stated, JamesVic. Let's just hope LE has a larger amount of evidence than we do so their dots are a little easier to connect.
No, there are no houses on the other side of the Columbia. IMO not Crescent Bar - it's too green and too many trees. CB is more green in the spring, but it would very cold to swim and not as many boats.
So perfectly stated, thank you. I would also like to throw out the idea of wind gusts that also affect the "current" of the water. I too have experienced the loss of a boat after it broke off of a buoy at CB and floated close to 3/4 of a mile down river, caused by the severe side winds and the...
I was told that a store owner in CB provided all of their video serveillance (sp?) to LE. There is apparently video of headlights pulling into the CB home. Not sure what day/night or anything else.
Re: the cell phone - I think I need an expert to answer, or dogdad??
(based upon the info-jv sent his text and it wasn't "sent" per se):
1. what would happen if the phone was in a "dead" or out of service area (as it is when driving along I-28 from Wenatchee to CB) and he sent a text to...
And MC (alive or not)! Two very obvious things that would be difficult to hide. My thought: two POIs. Especially within this narrow time frame (3-4 hrs.) One to ditch the car, one to ditch the body. Someone has got to fold and snitch!!
However...If only one POI, it was extremely premeditated...
Clearly the biggest piece of evidence (with a trail) is the cell phone. The news and LE showed a picture (2/25) of her exact phone and asked for help from the public, asking if anyone had seen it. Did they think they POI had it as a momento? Or in the unlikely event that someone "found it" it...
I must admit I am quite pleased LE spoke out. Not only did it give us new stuff to pick apart, it leads me to believe they are cautious and careful to not make mistakes. I think (am hopeful) the over-under is likely April 15 for more forensic evidence. True, they don't have the cell phone data...
