ami, did you read the interview? I ask because, isn't it possible that there are multiple layers of victimization? And one person being a victim does not take away from Kyron also being the victim, they are not mutually exclusive. There doesn't have to be just one victim.
Just for the sake...
The details are in the BOC article, which I recall that we don't link here. They had a minor tax thing on her, maybe that's what the immunity is about. It's quite a lengthy interview.

"In an online article, Dede Spicher claims she has passed a polygraph, signed an immunity deal with prosecutors, and agreed to "tell all" before the grand jury investigating the case."
dog.gone, there are relatives on all sides of the extended family in California. For starters.
The judge just released an opinion on the case: http://www.katu.com/news/local/Judge-in-civil-case-writes-Terri-Horman-is-suspect-in-Kyron-case-166965376.html
Everyone's scandalized that the judge...

Great find, Helenstreet!
If you google 'ICMC INIT CASE MGMT CONF' you'll get a result that explains it. I am guessing this is the initial judicial meeting to start the case.
First google result (from a court) "The initial meeting with the judicial officer is called an Initial Case Management...
scandi, not adjacent as in 'next door'. I would estimate it's a 10 minute walk at least. Out to the road from the Horman house/extended driveway, up a hill a good piece, turn right & back about a city block's worth.
I see I wasn't the only one who had thoughts as a result of that lightning...

Afraid I agree... this is a placeholder. But I wonder if she's just dropping bait about the press conference and 'big announcement'. If there was truly news (other than this, which is news.. well, "news").. they wouldn't wait for an anniversary date, they'd just put it out there. Right...
Why does it seem Oregon have given up on Kyron? Or LE, for that matter, based on Kaine's recent comments? (see ami's post #52).
I am as incredibly frustrated as anyone about the lack of released information. I read and research about Kyron's case at least a little bit every single day. I live...
The story you've got linked is... I can't believe this myself... referring to *last* March 31.
The most current story is the one linked in the first post of this thread that just says 'late March'.
Oh Kyron, what happened?
Sorry to rain on this parade, but after all the rumors... The Examiner site is not MSM, they are 'citizen journalists' the same as you and I are... when I google for the source of this story, the most recent one from MSM with her name is from last Thursday...
I heart you Bern. :)
The Oregonian also ran a midsize item today: http://www.oregonlive.com/portland/index.ssf/2012/03/kaine_horman_at_portland_roads.html
I haven't checked elsewhere yet.

Sort of in general, because I think it needs posting.
Victim Friendly

Hi Bern, it's nice to read your words again lately.
This post just reminded me of Mark Bosworth and how differently his family is handling things. Mark is an adult, and so could have potentially got much further on his own. The find Mark group organized volunteers almost purely online, to...
