    Deceased/Not Found UK - April Jones, 5, Machynlleth, Wales, 1 Oct 2012 #7 *M. Bridger guilty*

OK, I haven't posted on thus thread before but just thought I would share my husbands interesting theory. The statement made that he is `probably` responsible suggests that MB is implying he did not murder her. What if he is going to claim he simply gave her a lift home, dropped her off then she...

I couldn't sleuth until tonight but just read the 'brother Tabak' stories and want to thank people for the lulz. Maybe Tabak lived in a house on an ancient burial ground or sold his soul to the devil as a child. <modsnip> Tabak murdered Jo and gave no explanation as to why, we do not even...

For some reason my laptop ( or quite possibly me) cannot grasp the notion of quoting today, so apologies Brownbread for your quote coming up as mine! :waitasec:

If she hadn't felt safe there then, I imagine that she would have made plans to visit Swansea straight after work or made plans well in advance with Greg so that she went with him and they took the cat. My interpretation of the texts was that she was bored and wanted company rather than sit...

EXACTLY! This is my point, he must have come into contact with both the box and the pizza IMO otherwise he would have turned the oven off and left! Not like he tidied up the whole flat before he left ( from what we have read). He left her phone there too which suggests to me that the entire...

:maddening: Doh! I forgot he was in the middle of suing them! I blame my pregnancy hormones for forgetting this! Thanks for clearing that up for me! I was so frustrated he wasn't called! Makes total sense now as to why!

I read a few days back someone's theory on here ( I cannot remember who so sincere apologies!) that he used to sock to wipe away evidence afterwards, or on his hand as a 'glove'. I thought this was almost as ridiculous as a very early post on this site fom someone claiming the sock was used as a...

I agree with both Nausicaa and Aneurin ( I can't figure out how to quote both of your posts in one reply :waitasec: ) Of course you are both right in saying the exact happenings of that night, I guess I am just frustrated as to the evidence that's been presented so far and lack of answers...

I do not think it were odd that they were in the kitchen, especially if as he stated she DID offer him a drink. It seems perfectly plausible to me that if indeed she did invite him in she offered him a drink and he would have followed her into the kitchen. I think I am in the minority also by...

Regarding the waitrose CCTV footage, it was not mentioned once by the prosecution during the trial. Unless the defence will use it in their case (only scenario I can think in that case, is they knew each other and were having an affair) then as much as it looks like him I do not think it can be...

I used to smoke and always smoked rollies therefore had to buy Rizla papers in order to do so. I did not smoke hash or roll spliffs, that's like saying because he bought tin foil he is a heroin user or he slipped on the ice, because he was wearing clogs that night.

Just finished reading that article, it is brilliant thanks :) I wonder if they asked them both for DNA samples as they BOTH lived next door, or if it was just VT and that's when he started to panic and act suspiciously. He must have known that liaising with officers would have resulted in him...

Ah, that does make more sense now...however what a totally idiotic thing for VT to do, I wonder if it was TM's idea to contact the police and VT went along with it so as not to arouse suspicion or if he made the initial suggestion. TM was out that night so would she have noticed if CJ has moved...

Where does it state anywhere that he rang the police from Holland with information which was defamatory to CJ and explicitly tried to frame him? I have only read that he and his girlfriend rang the police with information regarding CJ, nothing I have read suggested this was negative information...

I do not think the foetal position was a deliberate act, he obviously had to remove her from the vehicle and over the wall. None of us can be sure but according to the reports it seems 'most likely' that he carried her in a front position, placing his hands under her knees and carrying her to...

The defence do seem to be struggling today, however I think the fact that VT lied so much, disputed DNA evidence then lied some more is going to go against him. My intital thought when I first read about this case was a sexual game 'gone wrong', however now after following the trial I cannot...

I've been reading all the comments and agree that we won't know much until VT starts his defence. My husband is under the impression that VT didn't commit the murder and is in fact covering for someone else....I disagree but he is convinced he is covering and did not act alone! :waitasec:
