I mean this as humour but you are relying on HLN :)

They just panned the defence table and he is there in his red tie at the end of the table.

2011.07.03 TRIAL Day Thirty-four - DEFENSE (JB) CLOSING ARGUMENTS

Did he just say RK was urinating for the second time in 4 months. That's great bladder control.

2011.07.03 TRIAL Day Thirty-four - DEFENSE (JB) CLOSING ARGUMENTS

I agree, their whole defence is the some other guy defence. In this case GA is the some other guy. But if they could have made something more stick with LA, we would have seen this closing argument split between GA and LA. Again, he had yet to say anything that for me is an AH HA moment...

2011.07.03 TRIAL Day Thirty-four - DEFENSE (JB) CLOSING ARGUMENTS

I promised myself that I would listen carefully to his presentation to see if he could draws some conclusions of evidence presentation I missed. I have found his trail hard to follow. And for me so far no AH HA moments. The one thing I do keep thinking during all of this is Timer55. That was...

2011.07.03 TRIAL Day Thirty-four - DEFENSE (JB) CLOSING ARGUMENTS

As he is speaking about tying things together and relating testimony from one to another to complete the picture ALL I can think about is TIMER55

2011.07.03 TRIAL Day Thirty-four - STATE CLOSING ARGUMENTS

i agree, I guess my point was you live and learn and hopefully you do it better next time. It's never easier to turn the other way and ignore things, it only makes eventually dealing with it harder. I guess for the A's this is probably one tough lesson.

2011.07.03 TRIAL Day Thirty-four - STATE CLOSING ARGUMENTS

yes I did see that. I am not condoning her behaviour or even saying I like her, but I do have children and occassionally they have said things to me that have seemed not quite truthful, however, I chose to let it go, not saying in the death situation it was right but sometimes when you are too...

2011.07.03 TRIAL Day Thirty-four - STATE CLOSING ARGUMENTS

I know this will not be a popular opinion but I just need to say that even if we don't like the behaviour of the other three people in this family, it has been proved that none of them had anything to do with this little girl's death. They probably have reflected on each of their actions and do...

I thought that too! I'm sure she is.

He is doing a great job. OMG timer55 - her death and birth day, this is so disturbing

I noticed that too, when JA talked about responsibility and expectations she looked really angry

2011.07.01 TRIAL Day Thirty-three (Afternoon Session)

I said this during the morning sidebar. Judging Cindy without walking in her shoes is easy, but when you are in that position it may change your view points. Never is lying or illegal behaviour ok and I'm not condoning that. I tell my children every day that I love them and that no matter...

2011.07.01 Sidebar Thread (Trial Day Thirty-Three)

I think we can all speculate on how we would act but we can't know for sure unless we are in this same predicament. I tell my children all the time, that no matter what they will be my children and I will love them, I may not love what they have done but I will love them. I think it's hard to...

2011.07.01 Sidebar Thread (Trial Day Thirty-Three)

Lurker, first time poster I think the whole defence case has been to try GA and not to defend ICA. I believe they chose this option as they have had a disclosure from their client as to what really took place (in her mind) and it's not a plausible story so they went with this one. That's...
