Wasn't Shelby due back in court yesterday? 4/2/12. Has anyone heard anything?

It is very sad. The family and friends are understandably angry and defensive, just not at the right people in my opinion.

FYI. There is some interesting comments made by Shelby's mom on the "I hope Shelby Dasher doesn't get away with murder like Casey Anthony did" facebook page. I will refrain from stating my opinion of what I think about most of the people close to Shelby and their intelligence and common sense...

Earlier today I saw a comment on one of the "Justice for Tyler" community Facebook pages that said Shelby is due in court this Thursday, Feb. 2nd. Has anyone else heard anything? I'll try to find out more.

I haven't heard of anything yet. Kind of strange really. I imagine we will hear a lot eventually though.

I agree. I also don't think smoking pot would cause anyone to kill a baby. I can however see a bunch of scared kids being deceptive for fear they will be busted for smoking a joint though.

I agree. I don't think it's that unusual for boys that age to have dolls these days. FYI, I tried to look for SD's Facebook page and can't find it. I think they must have finally taken it down. I was going to look at her friends list to see if I could find her boyfriend.

I didn't mean to imply that I thought he was involved in the murder. I think he would still be detained if that were the case. I just question him saying he was "frantically searching" the house for Tyler. I find it odd that he didn't notice anything at all unusual. I guess it's possible to beat...
