The PP website mentions the following: > Our communities are staffed 24/7 with an on-site professional staff. > Individually locking bedroom doors > Steel front door with electronic access > Panic button Were the units equipped with the panic buttons in 2012 or is this a new feature?

From the Handbook of Forensic Pathology Second Edition, "when a stun gun is activated while in contact with human skin, characteristic, patterned injuries may result. The lesions produced tend to be small, round or slightly linear abrasions or areas of erythema, with or without central paling...

Two separate cases. The ankle tether was related to the child *advertiser censored* charge and was a condition of the bond set by the judge. Once he was found not guilty, the tether was removed. The GPS tracker referenced in the affidavit was related to the homicide investigation. Ypsi PD requested, and...

Trojan, you mentioned that you live in Florida yet visited the apartment a few times. JT stated that he was only there once, to move her in, even though he lives less than an hour drive from the apartment. How long did JN live in the apartment? Didn't her family visit her? Or just JT didn't visit?

It's going on three years since the murder. How long of a wait if the samples were sent to a reference lab? From the affidavit, the samples were sent to the State Police Crime Lab on Dec 13, 2012 but the Detective didn't discuss the swab results with the lab scientist until September 26...

This sounds like boilerplate language copied and pasted freely by LE in their affidavits. Belong to (fill in blank), relating to (fill in blank).

The affidavit mentions two different male DNA donors were found in the gloves. JT was excluded as a donor for one of the samples and the other sample was too weak for comparison. It is mentioned that the vaginal, rectal and thigh swabs tested positive for seminal fluid containing no sperm...

Correct - Section L - "Jim advised that he spoke to Julia about her helping him with his cleaning business accounts at local apartment complexes so she had extra money" This is a very general statement. When he used the word "local" - would that be local to Monroe or Ypsilanti? The...
