    The recovery of the bike as reported by the police to the MSM did occur on May 27. I believe KATC was the first to break it the news and it did occur during the first benefit concert. But, the bike was actually discovered and reported to the police on Saturday, May 26.

    It is not clear to me whether a GPS receiver was retrieved from the burned truck. Or, is the receiver is needed to track the vehicle's movements. If the answer to both is yes, leaving the receiver in the truck would be a major mistake.

    If poster Adam4lsu at Tiger Droppings is correct, this guy was on LE radar very quickly. This guy reported BLS to LE. They were getting a lot of tips at the beginning, I am sure. It may have taken a while before the focus was placed squarely on BSL.
