I am devastated for Jay's family, in particular his mother. I can't fathom what she is going through. I suspect she will crash hard when the funeral is over and she's had time to process what all has happened. When it hits her that Jay is gone, I think she will struggle tremendously.

Every few years someone goes off trail in the San Jacinto Mountains. I don't know quite how this happens. Several years back a couple went off trail and got lost. They came across another missing hiker's gear and started a fire and were found.

If the trafficking story is legit, what happened to the other children who were at the party? Are they safe? I am deeply concerned that they were around so many people who were involved in this type of crime. I doubt it's limited to the individuals who were caught. What are they being exposed to?
