It’s not an affluent neighborhood. Middle class, working families. Fruitland is your typical small town. Nice place to raise your family, quiet, friendly. The “nanny” is a family friend who babysits for them, most likely. From the pictures I’ve seen they have 4 kids.

He’d have to cross Whitley, which is a busy main road through town to get to the park closest to that neighborhood. If he’s done it before he might do that again. There’s a tunnel, too that connects one side to the other. Fruitland is such a small town….it’s hard to imagine him just disappearing...

Yeah, he’d have to cross I-84, which is pretty unlikely. Too scary for most little kids I would think.

It’s a very quiet neighborhood….at least it was when I lived there. People watched out for the kiddos…there were lots of kids when we lived there, too.

It’s a ways, but he could have made it that far.

Lots of the houses there are split level with basements. Some have window wells, some don’t.

There is no outlet mall in Depoe Bay - the nearest one is north in Lincoln City. I haven't seen or heard any indication that they think she was in Lincoln City. I'm not sure where that information about her phone came from?
