Thanks guys! I went back and did an advanced search and found this: https://twitter.com/search?q=%235%20and%20%236%20%23jodiarias&src=typd
It's really hard to know exactly what's going on when all info is only via twitter.
I'm sorry, I haven't read everything yet, but didn't I see some tweets that indicated the jury was not at an impasse yesterday after all? That they had questions about Mitigating Factors 5 and 6 and since the court couldn't really answer the questions, the jury was given the "dynamite charge"...
This has been going on for so long they may be dealing with some sort of statute of limitations to bring suit or something and don't want the date to get by them. Who knows ...
To be honest, I wouldn't mind the jury making a "life" decision but I want whatever decision they make to be UNANIMOUS! I would especially hate it to be based on an 11-1 split. On the other hand, I'm glad I'm not on this jury.
I hope this isn't just an excuse so the jury won't have to make the fateful decision. Trouble is you never know how long or hard they tried to come to unanimous agreement. Maybe this has been going on since day 1 and I'm being way too hard on them. Then again, did someone just say I won't...
I'd be nervous. I was nervous when I was on jury duty. Having to testify at a trial like this just might do me in (although I wouldn't wimp out like the defense witnesses).
I think we all just need to slow our roll here for a bit. Who knows what really happened? I've heard they were already singing before she even came out and I've heard that she was targeted. To me, it doesn't matter. It's such a small thing.
I hate when people call someone they consider a...
I believe the reason the sentence could be that way is because of the numerous counts.

I have a question for those who know more about the Mormon faith that I. When you "confess" to the Bishop, is the confession a privileged communication? Maybe the Bishop has an attorney in case the DT asks for specifics as to what TA and DR actually told the Bishop in order to advise as to...
I'm way behind reading the thread (and the one before) but I'm curious if anyone else thinks that maybe the DT is attempting to "throw" the case. Some of the stuff they pull is just so over-the-top, like the way they treat the witnesses like DR. Maybe they really want JA to get the DP and are...
I'm way behind and haven't read the entire thread yet but I wanted to share this hilarious tweet with you:

Juans cross #jodiarias perjury trial:
'M'am u said u wouldn't hurt a fly, yet police found hoards of dead flys in ur house..yes or no?"

Another question. I thought I saw somewhere that they had found a photo of Travis as a child wearing Spiderman underwear, etc. and that it was possible he was merely looking at old family photos and that gave JA the idea to accuse him of child *advertiser censored*. Did I dream that?
Does JM get to cross examine JA as to her secret testimony or has he already done so? Or is it just taken along the lines of a victim impact statement and no questions from opposition allowed? If JM can cross, it doesn't seem like it would be much help to JA.
OK, I'm confused. State said it found no *advertiser censored* but Defense say they did. Then they talk about searches and website URLs typed into address line etc. Are they both talking about "actual" downloads of *advertiser censored*? Did State mean it didn't find any actual *advertiser censored* downloads and Defense found only searches...
Thanks. That's enlightening. When you think about it that way, I believe now (more than ever) that all the *advertiser censored* nonsense (especially child *advertiser censored*) is Jodi's doing. It's really scary to realize how easy it would be for a motivated person to completely ruin your life.
As far as verbal abuse...
I thought during the trial we were told that once the verdict was reached with the enhancement for cruelty or whatever, there were only two sentences available: Death or LWOP. At that time, Arizona did not have life with parole unless they changed the law. Did they change it? The way I look...
IIRC, after his testimony, the state's forensic expert shook OJ's hand. Everyone was flabbergasted like us now, but nothing was ever made of it being contempt of court, etc. Of course, that was in California and they sometimes seem to have different rules.
I assume they have verified that she actually did the tweets, etc. and someone didn't just do them using her name or something? I know if JA can hack email accounts, etc., then twitter accounts should also be easy to manipulate. I guess they could check the IP Address, but can't you spoof...
