Just noticed JA's crooked ring finger in bridesmaid photo (circa 2004) being shown on Nancy Grace. It's the photo where JA is standing in a doorway, holding flowers. Ring finger is clearly bent.

Can you provide a link or the picture itself?

Last week I had the TV on some HLN show and the TH said something like, "Who is the real victim? Is it Jodi or Travis?!," and my boyfriend, walking through the room, said, "I'm the real victim! I want my girlfriend back!"

Lol, I get you, my husband wanted to know if he could sue for alienation of affection!

Please, please, tell me the jury remembers how she OVERKILLED Travis??!!!

In Arizona, if someone intentionally or knowingly kills a person without premeditation, the defendant could be charged with the crime of second-degree murder. However, if the jury believes the victim attacked the defendant, and if it was enough to incite the defendant's actions, then the intentional killing would fall under the lesser crime of manslaughter.
Don't you have to respond with "just enough" force to stop the "attack'? She MURDERED him! No one defends with a throat slashing and stab wound TO THE BACK!!!

If any have forgotten, which I don't think they have, the autopsy pics and Dr. Horn will remind them.

The change of weapons and the cluster stabs to the back, which PRECEDE the savage cut to the throat mind you, leave zero doubt that it's murder. Once TA was moving AWAY from her as the back wounds indicate, she was legally bound to stop the attack.

Remember, this was not a fight where someone shoots her lover three times or stabs him in a fit of anger but instead was a true massacre. We know that she shot him in the head and stabbed him 29 times in the chest, head and back. However, the most telling thing was the cutting of his throat. Keep in mind, Jodi had no medical equipment with her to determine the extent of the injuries that she had just inflicted on Travis. Were the shooting and the 29 stab wounds enough to kill him?
It is safe to assume that when you shoot someone in the head and then stab him 29 times, you want that person dead. It is a safe assumption. It is a reasonable conclusion. However, nothing is more demonstrable of your intentions than to cut someone&#8217;s throat.
Some people live after being shot in the head. Some people survive 29 stab wounds but no one survives having their throats cut, ear to ear. That was her act of finality. There is no doubt that slitting someone&#8217;s throat is murder. It cannot be self-defense. It is an act of execution.

OK, I have remained quiet for a little bit about the new Defense Motions that came out today because I am TIRED of being REPRIMANDED on here for speaking my mind; so I decided I had better cool down a little before I posted my rant. :furious::furious::furious:

First of all, HOW DARE THEY. The Defense has some nerve to come in at this late stage of the trial and bring on yet ANOTHER DR. to try and refute or IMO agree with Dr. Demarte. I say agree because I truly believe that along with the motion to include the lesser charges of Manslaughter, Heat of Passion, I believe the defense is going to yet AGAIN change their story and now say that Arias snapped.

IMO the Judge should NOT allow them to bring yet another DR in to this circus of a trial after the Defense has already had 2 of their so called Dr.'s that failed miserably in their attempt to saddle up their story with Arias's concocted Self Defense Fable. They had their chance, they already chose their plan of defense, they should NOT be allowed to offer up a whole new theory right at the end of this already over the top trial.

Not to mention, that the Def. is SOOOO ridiculously SSSLLOOOWWW at anything they do that this Jury will be so fatigued that even if they did want to convict her for Premed Murder, they WON'T because it would mean being sequestered EVEN LONGER!!! They will be Sequestered from what I have heard during deliberations and if they find her guilty of Premed, 1st Degree, they will have to then deliberate Life or Death. This trial has been ran so poorly by this Judge, she set the precedent very early on that the Defense can get away with pretty much whatever they want and they know that. Stephens has allowed them to be late, end early to feed the convict, stop court because of boo boo headaches and other nonsense. The Def., has been allowed also to introduce testimony and evidence that should have NEVER been allowed in the first place. Now I would be money she allows this Defense to pull this stunt too and if so, I guarantee that there will be NO DP. the jurors are DONE. They are SO over this trial and to prolong this case by another MONTH so the Defense can go with their new theory is just asinine. But, again, I have NO respect for this judge or the way she has ran this trial. This trial has become a circus with no rules, the Defense has NO respect for the court and that is apparent in the way JW and Nurmi behave in court. I just feel terrible for the Alexander family for they are the ones that are going to pay for this Judges ineptitude at running a DP case. It will be at their expense and the expense of Justice for Travis that this Judge has failed them so so miserably.

Then there is the expense to the Taxpayers of Arizona, this Judge has NO respect or reverence for the citizens that are footing this exorbitant defense bill and trial costs. There has been NO OVERSIGHT and no one to stand up and demand this trial be ran efficiently and with keeping the costs down. I am just literally sick because I know what's coming and even though I had thought all along that this verdict would result in the DP and rightfully so, if this judge allows this new DR and the lesser charges, it's not going to turn out that way IMO. Well just have to see, but heck that will be halfway through Summer... and maybe not even then.

That's just my opinion....

I tend to agree. This thing is never ending. Alyce should NEVER have been allowed to testify as an expert, and her dragging TA through the mud was despicable and unforgivable.

But then again, on the last part of JVM's program tonight, someone said the prosecution may have spared JA from death row by their own witness (Dr. DeMarte) suggesting she has Borderline Personality Disorder.

You know what else, you have to wonder about people who didn't see that case in the media .. as in DIDN'T SEE THAT CASE IN THE MEDIA .. there were lifeforms in other galaxies that saw that case in the media, amoebas were seen discussing it openly at the bottom of the Barrier Reef ..

Personal preference: Jurors who can read and operate a TV.

Also I remember the jury foreman had a cruise scheduled for the following days and couldn't get his money back.

I would like to know how that conversation came up. Didn't she call him to confirm that Travis had died? Did she then ask who was going to Cancun with him? And then did she then ask if Travis was dating Mimi? That is just odd.

Did JA ever give a good reason for renting a car for the fateful trip? And I think she said she went to her brother's house near the Redding airport to rent it. A Was her car "unreliable" or something according to her?
As broke as she seemed to stay, I can't believe the jurors would ever believe she could rationalize the expense of a rental car when she could have driven her own car or borrowed one from any number of people...

Good point. She claims to be so worried about money to be sure and get gas at a certain place to save money, so she rents a car too....LMAO I guess she thought it got better gas mileage than her car-NOT

And of course dont get RED color rental car because it would cause her to get noticed by LE. She was afraid of more than just traffic tickets of couse.

I remember seeing her previous posts and not getting a hint of her being upset about things.

I've gotten in trouble for this before, but I felt kind of bad for her. My guess is she's been hearing that jury trashed for years (and undoubtedly had a family member on it), and just hit the wall.
