Again, if he's not screaming / cursing coming after her, its no longer self defense. Gives her a reason to go for a knife and enter the land of the fog.

After he's shot... he's allowed to scream and curse.


Nevermind... no point in arguing over her fable anyway.

I have to keep in mind, he was sitting down, she was directing him in a fake photo shoot, and she killed him.

He never chased her, he never got up

The picture of TA sitting in the shower troubles me - just can't see a guy sitting on the floor in the shower - unless he is sitting there and she has the gun pointing at him - telling him to sit there or she will kill him - then she does. But that is the basis of this specific picture.

Maybe he did get up after that figuring he had to stop her or at least attempt to save his life. Then the knife and then the gun shot.
