It makes me tear up. Even when talking he was still affectionate to her as she sat there like a bump on a log.

And when I see him pointing his finger to the right side of his forehead describing the gun being put to his head during the robbery is so haunting knowing he was shot in the head on the right side.:(

JA may have pretended she wasn't paying attention to him, however, I believe she hung on every word.

And made his nightmare come true.

I pray the jury sees this video......

:furious:

I don't have access to the tv. Is there anywhere else where I can watch this show?

Hey Pink Panther, I'm not sure? Maybe someone else can chime in. I think Mr. Midnight said he was going to post the video again, but I don't know if he meant the whole show or just the video clip. :seeya:

One thing I've been thinking about, does Jodi think that using a larger vocabulary helps her in the eyes of the jury? If I were her attorney (which I'm not an attorney nor do I play one on TV) I would advise her to use common terminology. The fact is that quite possibly some people on the jury don't have an extensive vocabulary and won't understand the meaning of some of the words she uses, especially when she uses them in inappriopriate ways and contexts. I work in a medical clinic and the law firm we use advised us that all of our paperwork should be at a 5th grade reading level because that is the average reading level of adults in the US.

Thoughts? I'd love to hear from any lawyers or legal eagles out there on what they think about her vocabulary usage.

This morning Jodi was asked did she leave her camera in the car or bring it in to do video of her and Travis together. She said both were true. I cann't remember the brands, but if I heard right she said that the larger camera that took videos was left in the car, and she always had the smaller camera that wasn't able to take video (which was brought in) in her purse. This baffles me. How does it make both statements true? If she left the camera that takes video in the car, how could of she taken video of them having sex together? Did anyone else catch this, or did I hear it wrong?

it was the opposite. she said today she left her "good" camera in the car (I think it was a canon?) but always carried her small olympus in her purse. she said the olympus had video capability, not the camera she left in the car.

That finger is the only outward sign she claims to have of TA's abuse. She cannot admit injuring it that day at all or someone just might think that incident never happened and there goes her abuse claim.

I'd like to put my fingers into a nice brass knuckle plate and give her a few smacks.

I understand. He had bruises and cuts but he wasn't cut with the knife. It was from the struggle. It's on the autopsy report.

So how did he cut himself? Was there broken glass on the floor or something?

Hopefully at least one of the jurors will bring this up during jury deliberations. It's incredible enough that she was able to butcher him is such a short time span from 5:30:30 when he is photographed seated in the shower (can anyone confirm or dispute that?), to 5:32:16 where she is dragging his bloody body--a minute and 46 seconds.

The autopsy revealed 29 stab wounds (corrected from the earlier reported 27), which, if each stab took just 2 seconds, would be 58 seconds right there, not including slitting his throat from ear to ear. If jurors discuss that, I don't see how any of them could possibly buy her story.

She said the Canon (in the car) didn't take videos, the Olympus she had in the bedroom did, I don't believe her, her earlier testimony was different.

I don't know if this has been asked and answered but do the jurors know that JA gets to see their questions and consult with her attorneys before she goes before them to answer?

Her left ring finger looks really straight in this picture... Could have she made the whole story up?
