What you said is very similar to what he talked about. It had to do with the plastic porous surfaces in the car being permeated with the odor. We all know how plastic absorbs bad smells. He also went on to explain that in Florida that time of year the trunk of the car in the hot sun would reach 170 degrees in a short time causing the body to decompose very rapidly

I have wet dogs in my car frequently- they love swimming- and no matter how well I clean/deodorize my car for human travelers, if it is humid or raining, my car smells like - wet dog...:crazy:

I'm sure this has probably appeared elsewhere, but MythBusters did an experiment (using a pig) to see of decomp in a vehicle would linger. It did. They ended up having to part the vehicle because even the bet hazmat team they could get could not get the smell out. IMO both sides know this -- I'm sure the DT does, and it definitely explains that the Pontiac still gives off an odor.

I wonder if lets say you made a big batch of chloroform in lets say a GAS can, and it is constantly in a closed environment like a trunk of a car, applying duct tape to a little girl, the little girl is alive but weak and dazed from the chloroform. The duct tape over most of the nose area too but the little girl had enough air until the intoxicating levels of chloroform was too much of a stress for the little girl's body and she died. The Chloroform would keep the bugs at bay or kill them (Casey I'm sure went to a car wash place to vacuum the bugs out). The stain could it be caused by the plastic bag, the decomp along with the chloroform basically like a burn in the carpet that caused the stain. Not a burn per-say but it caused discolorations, the bag was black.

LP theory on RK is crazy! There were active searches going on, if this was the case, one of the search teams could have been tipped off to go there, police could have done that on their own with a cadaver dog. LP went early on the crazy theory and now locked himself in. He be better served to announce his theory is flawed and just realized that.

This Godmother of Caylee (forgot her name) will probably be called by the DT and the state is waiting. I believe this woman spoke to the police about it. I heard the audio recording and she said she talked to Casey on the phone, and thought she heard Caylee in the background on July something. If the DT doesn't put her on, you know they fear her. I believe this person didn't hear Casey but some other child while Casey was in Target, Win Dixie, JCpenny, or gosh knows where. Casey Cell phone pings and this girls cell phone time and date of call can match up and prove where Casey was at the time.

IMO, if RK were in this solely for the reward money, he would have called the right number & NOT 911...which is why he didn't get the reward money! Also, Mark NeJame found out he didn't get anything for finding Caylee & since he was being accused of everything, had RK come into his office for questioning. He said he was very impressed with him & he waited to get all the answers to the questions he had to ask before making his decision to give RK the $5000.00 as a way to say Thanks!

Hi JS, major correction here if I may about the reward. It was for the return of a LIVE CAYLEE. This is another of my pet peeves concerning the Anthonys. But that is for another thread.

I can bet that last dollar I have in the bank Linda will bring this point out on cross and rebuttal. Linda will clear all those DT negative allegations from Kronk and make him whole again.

Was it true that Roy Kronk was a Bounty Hunter prior to working for the utility co? He has good instincts. I always thought Caylee was in the yard and then in back of the house at the resovoir area. When LE cleared that area, I was lost as where she could be.

My senses tell me RK either had a hunch or a hunch w/some info overheard by GF. If one profiles ICA, it would be natural to assume Caylee would be close. He may have heard profile or heard her say the child was close and used his common sense.

I see no reason to kill the messenger. He did what LE couldn't do and he stayed persistant. He most likely was looking for Caylee since July 15th.

Hey Whisperer, I'm with you on these points. There can only be a couple of possibilities for why the dogs hit in the back yard, either Caylee was put there temporarily after she first died, or that is where Cindy cleaned off the car mats and dumped her bucket from "cleaning" the trunk.
And Kronk . . . Yup, following his instincts (and some good common sense) It would be interesting to know where she actually threw Caylee's body initially, but as thick as the underbrush & weeds were, it obviously was well hidden. Even Dominic Casey knew she was in the area, knew to look for black garbage bags and came within feet of her, but still did not find her.

I'm with you Doc, I think Cindy not being willing to take time off from work to watch Caylee, PLUS PAY FOR THE TRIP (where was she going to get the $$?) was the last straw for Casey. That was March, and soon afterwards she was looking up chloroform and neck breaking on her computer! I didn't used to, but now I think she considered killing at least Cindy too.

I wonder why they never tried to drain it like they do lakes and ponds around here. They just did that to find the body of a guy who had been missing in Orlando for over a year. they did find the body once it was drained.

Possibly because TS Faye was a HUGE rainmaker. Here in Debary, hundreds of homes were underwater for months. Lakes merged in the middle of streets etc.


There was nowhere to pump the water to without overwhelming other areas as the St Johns river and lake Monroe rose.

The pumping eqpt at the back of our home was borrowed from other counties and supplied by FEMA for weeks, the water was pumped into 'septic emptying trucks' and hauled away. I think the plan was to save un flooded homes before salvaging those that were already damaged.

Limited resources meant LE probably couldn't find available pumps and/or areas to pump to.

Hmmmmm. Wonder if he had any of his ethical little investigators in the woods off Suburban between July 17 and August 8? Wonder if it was at the same time there was a press conference or any other distubance (distraction) being held elsewhere that would have taken attention away from the Hopespring/Suburban area?

She may not have been taping her face on a regular basis. The time the child died may be the only time she taped her face. I think KC was using other drugs to drug Caylee when she wanted to do something and Caylee was in the way but I don't think she did that often as most the time she took the child with her. I think she drugged Caylee when that Ricardo woke up and found Caylee missing. Where was she suddenly? I think KC wanted sex with him so dumped Caylee drugged up with something in the trunk til she was done with RM.

I don't think she did any taping of the mouth and/or chloroform until she met Tony L. Tony didn't want the child at his house at night. Thats when things went bad. Cindy was mad and said she wasn't watching Caylee and KC wanted Tony more than Caylee and either killed her on purpose with chloroform and duct tape to be rid of her or did that deed so Caylee wouldn't be in the way of her relationship with Tony for the night so she duct taped her to keep her quiet, maybe chloroformed her first so she wouldn't be yelling while she was putting duct tape over her face and probably wrists. Horrible thing to do! We will never know exactly what happened. She will never tell. Perhaps she left chloroform in the trunk on a rag or something to keep the kid woozy. I have a feeling that diary entry was really written after Caylee was killed and that she did do it on purpose. But I guess they couldn't prove the age of that entry.

But anyway you look at it it was a horrible horrible way to die and a horrible thing to do.. She needs the death penalty. You can tell she has no love for the child. Look at her in court! She only thinks of herself. I can't tell you how disgusting I find her and I bet the jury does too. This gal will be convicted of 1st degree murder. I can almost guarantee it.

kathyn2, the idea ICA would be regularly taping her daughter's mouth with duct tape each time she used chloroform on her is something I find hard to believe. If this were happening, little Caylee's face would have some type of marks on it from the duct tape when it was removed. A child's skin is so delicate a piece of tape over her mouth would have to leave some kind of residue from the tape and ICA would have to take steps to clean her daughter's face. Perhaps with alochol swabs. Further more I think there would be red or chapped marks on Caylee's face if taping, with duct tape especially, was being done continually.

Of course we don't know if how many times ICA used chloroform on her child, followed by taping, but I would think once would be enough to leave a mark. Duct tape is for broken pipes and on household items, not the soft skin of a child's face.

I also think ICA would have to use tape or some type of restraint for Caylee's hands if the chloroform wore off and Caylee came to. I would think the first thing she would do was try to remove the tape herself.

I look at photos of Caylee taken in the last few months before her death and can not see any red or marks on her face around her chin or mouth.

Of course, you could be correct, it's just that I have difficult seeing this done without some physical type of evidence on Caylee's face.

That's what I think. I think she was driving around with the body in the trunk and looking for a dump site. There is a whole lot of empty deserted land around there, if you look at a map. But it is harder than she thought to find a safe place to pull over, unload the trunk and carry a body into the woods, without being seen. I believe she just lost her nerve and gave up. That is why the body ended up so close to her home, imo.

Or she drove out there with a backpack of Cayless clothes (they haven't even found her clothes yet). She dumped them to continue the kidnapping theory - of course the airport is where LE would lose the trail of the kinapper and waste hundreds of hours looking for Caylee both alive and dead.

I am sure there is a bag of Caylees clothes out there waiting to be found.

A few observations for that statement. I've suspected that the searches on the computer weren't with just Caylee in mind. She was doing searches for 'household weapons', etc., that made me think she had something bigger and stronger in mind than just a 2 and half year old. Add in the fact that she was enticing Amy to move in with her and texting Tony that (paraphrased) "Give me three more days and you can come over and spend the night" indicating that her parents were no longer going to be living there. No, I strongly believe she had 'plans' for her parents. She was wanting to take over that house on Hopespring Dr. It would interesting to know what kind of life insurance the A's had, who the beneficiaries were and if they happen to carry enough that would cover the balance on the mortgage if the both the A's happen to depart this world at the same time. I'm sure CA has made ICA aware of some of these arrangements.

I watched a few minutes of this show. Kiomarie apparently told the NE that ICA had admitted to at least 8 partners in one ?month (short period of time anyway) that Caylee's father was a tall quiet guy who died in an accident.
She told her family it was (1) Jesse Grund or (2) Eric Baker or (3) Jesus Ortiz. Two of those died in car accidents, if ICA is to be believed. I mean, where do you start with figuring out who it could be? :crazy: the permutations are endless. How could she know, with 8 partners in one month alone?
I know one thing, I watched the blonde lady (?name) on this show last night and when asked about ICA said she had lied to Jesse for two years that he ws the Father... at that point I turned off.
She just lies to make the real story sound more palatable to her parents..
