I think B objecting to the video proves something. He is not thinking it will say "oh my God my baby is dead", he is thinking it will say"OMG they FOUND her,I'm cooked".
Any links to vids of this yet? I can't believe I missed it...Stupid Snow, I've been shoveling for hours
I'm just not sure what it was people expected from Casey with regard to acknowledging her parents. She couldn't very well reach over the little fence and attempt to hug them, and she certainly wasn't given time to stand there and chitchat with them at the end of the hearing. She was ushered out as soon as it was done and her attorney had finished talking with her. She acknowledged them as best she could with what little time she could with as flat an affect she could muster which would be picked apart no matter what she'd done with her face, be it smiling, crying, grimacing or flipping them the middle finger.
As for her parents putting up with whatever she gives them, they made their bed with her. They can lie in it.
What is sad, is to see a defendant who has to be told to acknowledge her parents. It is not like she did not see them when she walked in, as they were right there...sitting in the front row.
What a piece of work.
Now, after that photo and hundreds of others from her PhotoBucket site have been shown repeatedly, locally and on national television, the defense asked the judge to prevent prosecutors from releasing them.
"The horse was already left the barn. Now he goes back to lock the barn door. It doesn't make sense," WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said.
Sheaffer said the defense argument that the photos are irrelevant is weak.
"A mother has an infant, a child is missing, and she continues to party," Sheaffer said.
It looked to me that JB told KC to turn around and look at her parents. Wish I could read lips but it was clear he said you have to tell them hi as she immediately turned around smiled and then turned back. That was it.
I just can not wrap my brain around this.
#1 What kind of basis does KC have for being so angry with her family?
Because they havn't broke her from jail? sent her a file in a cake? I mean come on! I understand that she is all about herself, but my brain just does not register.
#2. The family. Why do they take this. Just think. This is years of emotional abuse by her to her family members. These people jump through hoops for her and are like sad puppy dogs that are ignored when the owner arrives home. They are sitting in those seats W-A-I-T-I-N-G for her to turn around and acknowledge their presence.
Oh, it makes me sick.
Jose clarify that the pics he's talking about were never out in the public and haven't been. So these are pics we haven't seen yet. Hmmmmm.
I agree. I think he pretty much TOLD her to turn around and say "hi" to them.
He is instructing Strickland in what they learned in law school?
"should or must.."
If you watch the shot where she walks in you can see there is definately someone with a professional camera filming her from the front angel, in the jury box...
who is JB to say what is and isn't relevent re: the photobucket?
Bringing up the right to a fair trial...........AGAIN!
Now talking about the video the jail made of casey the day caylee was found.
This is what I thought was weird.. she turned around but it appeared to me like she avoided looking directly at them.. she looked uncomfortable and awkward..
I just watched the raw footage of this--that's EXACTLY what it looks like! Wow . . . very telling.

Did not get to see Casey's face at all today, so I am going to have to see some stills of her!
