MO, based on all that's gone down since KC was first arrested and through today, it appears to me that the relationship with Baez and KC is completely insular. In addition to being her lawyer, he's become her only friend and advisor, her new and improved parents, all the family she needs and her next potential squeeze. He's become a god to her in her crazy world--the beginning and the end; the Alpha and the Omega. He's her singular lifeline. He's her only connection to Planet Earth, and she looks for and sees only him. I could be wrong, but the relationship they seem to have totally creeps me out. It seems to extend way beyond the professional and I don't think it's doing her any good...at least not in the real world where she'll be tried for murder. Wonder what she'll do when he stops coming around after the trial.

Yolorado, that is an excellent post. I have seen some very creepy moments throughout this trial, but that entire exchange between KC and JB before and after she turned to look at her parents was one of the most disturbing yet in regards to her 'defense'. I swear it looked as if she laughed when she turned around.

Insular was the perfect word choice.
