On 12-15-08 I received a letter that had been mailed to the Forensic Unit by an unknown person. The letter was addressed to "Lee". The letter appeared to be a photocopy with copies being sent to the media and the sheriffs office. the letter was shown to Detective Yuri Melich. The letter was photocopied to be retained in the case file. the letter and envelope (J-60008,1) was turned over to the Evidence Section.

Nothing from any of them. The Amscot pics aren't out either. So far, no smoking gun. I m beginning to wonder if this is only a partial release and the rest will be dumped next week.

I don't know about anybody else but with everything that has been released so far, I think the SA will have a really hard time getting a guilty verdict for DP or 1st degree murder. I think the best they could hope for is a criminally neglegant homicide. I have yet to see anything that points directly to a premeditated murder or a murder at all for that matter. There is nothing to directly link her to the body or crime scene. Yes, you can argue the duct tape, garbage bag, and laundry bag match to the Anthony house, but these are common items bought at common stores. These are not rare, speciallty order items. I just don't think that Casey lying about a nanny or partying while her child was missing is enough proof for a jury to convict. Don't get me wrong, I think she did it but I think the SA will have a really tough time getting a conviction

Why in the world would LE take prints off of items from the home where it would be reasonably expected to find KC's prints? Makes no sense.

One of my theories, It could very well be "finger prints" that are NOT on these items.
Perhaps these items were said to be Zanny's, came from Zanny yada yada LOL, and LE were looking to see if any other prints other than those belonging to the family were on some items.
Casey named ZFG as kidnapper babysitter and she provided elaborate stories about Zanny's life in June/July in her text messages, IMO, as part of the investigation they will prove that this person does not exist and that Casey and only Casey was the person responsible.

If so, one phone that was at TL's had a sim card in it on July15th because he heard kc's phone ring and looked up Annie's number. It stated nothing was on phone itself and sim cards were missing from both phones.

Again, it looks like somebody is covering up. The knife that Cindy washed did not match the serration on the tape....why am I NOT surprised?

Since February, FBI lab results have been returned on a variety of critical pieces of evidence, including a hair mass from Caylee Anthony's skull, a bullet casing, more than one dozen pairs of shoes taken from the Anthony home, a kitchen knife found near the toddler's remains and a sample of soil from the trunk of Casey Anthony's car.

When you consider there was decomp that was 2 1/2 days old in your trunk and a dead child's hair...that would be enough for me. uhmmm...what would be a logical reason for that?

I think these are KC fingerprints found on items removed from the Anthony house on Aug 7. We see that two prints are from the "Transporter" DVD movie packaging (probably the disc holder case). Other prints (not specified) could be from other DVDs or other household items. On that day, OCSO seized the straight iron, a plastic soccer ball, a plastic football, several movie DVDs, and a pink "ready bed".

I think the various location areas are the different rooms in the Anthony home.

IMO, these KC fingerprints are of no consequence or importance because they were found on household items in which her prints would be expected to be found.

What makes them important is the items are supposed to belong to Zani
and her prints or unidentified prints arent on them

Well this doc dump looks good for the defense. Her shoes don't tie her to the scene but their as been a total of KW, RK, other MRs, RC and other LE all in that area. Nice.

You make a good point. The dirt on KC's shoes doesn't match the crime scene but half of Orlando resident's have dirt on their shoes that match!! Great, just great.

I am so disappointed so far by this dump. Waste, hugh waste. (sorry I couldn't resist) jmo

It is possible that the sim cards were removed and put into new phones. It also isn't clear which phones were without sim cards. I don't think either was the cell phone that was at TL's on July 15th, as that was recovered when Lee went to TL's to grab Casey's stuff, I think?

The phones that were turned over to LE from the Anthonys did NOT have Sim cards. My impression ..... they were removed before they gave them to LE.

I contend Casey messed up her computer and threw the sim cards away...I just skimmed the doc dump but it says to me that they do not have Casey's phone records....they need the sim card for complete accuracy...of course the busy bees were preparing the car and phones and computers all night and the next day.

It mentioned two phones...I will go back and check..but I think one was a motorola and one was a samsung. Both blank!!!!

SOMETHING - SOMETHING changed to make the state seek the DP. There is SOMETHING that will tie her, so everyone, let's not worry and keep faith. They wouldn't throw their case away by selecting DP for no reason, would they?

Unless, JB was right and it was the last ditch effort to get KC to come clean about what happened.

Probably just a error on their part. I don't believe he is in LE and thank goodness for that!
