Yes, I remember that well. You know, this is even more likely than Mallory befriending Amy then denying it. I would entertain the thought that it could have been anyone but Mallory, right off the bat, stated that Amy lied. If it could have been anyone and Mallory had no knowledge of who, I don't think she'd have said that.

Exactly!! And she's eager to do it! Why?! WHO was there for Caylee?! I dunno why but I expected more from Mallory. I know better NOT to but sheesh.

"We kept it light"... GAWD that irked me. Was George keepin' it light? Cause from what I've heard he was irate and wanted to choke her out. He didn't want to sit around and "keep it light."

George... outta the loop again and now potentially under the bus.
 
Wonder who else was at the dinner she mentions. Didn't Leonard padilla have a dinner with them after bailing out ica?

Will not be wasted on the jury. Everyone who covers for ICA (or simply looks the other way),is telling the World who THEY really are . They are allowing her evil actions to compromise their futures ,their very souls. JMO

Kind of reminds me of the child's story "The Emperor's New Clothes." No one in that family has the courage to be the first one to say the Emperor is naked.

It really is unbelievable that nobody mentioned Caylee. I can actually imagine that with this dysfunction they wouldn't question KC because they didn't want to awaken Beelzebub. But MY GOD, to not even offer a prayer, hope or conversation for little Caylee's safe return from a kidnapper? It's either a bald-faced lie or this family is beyond all hope and reason.

It also (to me) brings KC's comment about them eating chili that one evening into a new light. She was upset that they just went along and basically kept things light while she was in jail. Hmmmm. Hello karma.

And if I contradict myself from other posts, well, then, I contradict myself. (Paraphrasing Whitman)

Once you've crossed into some circles ,you aren't allowed to leave because you know to much.
Extreme scenario ,to be sure ,but .............................

I really think this family keeps secrets about each other and uses them as blackmail. Not for money ,but to buy your silence. JMHO

She mentions 8-10 people: Cindy & George, Lee & Mallory, Jose & his wife, and Casey. Can't recall anyone else.
 
I could not read the whole thing for the same reasons as others here. It is just mind boggling at how this family reacts and conducts themselves. There is no way that I could sit there and celebrate the homecoming of KC and keep my mouth shut about Caylee. That would last all of about one minute if that.

For sure Jose would not have been there telling me not to ask KC any questions about where my missing granddaughter was. I would be such a nut case there would be no chillin out till tomorrow.
 
Page 41; she believes the remains were Caylee, says Lee does too and doesn't think anyone else doesn't think so. The A's depos were in the summer of 08 when they all said she might be alive. This was what, November? Interesting
 
She reminds me of that one case where a woman was being raped and murdered in the middle of a large apartment complex and almost no one called the police. They just shut their windows and pretended it wasn't happening. It's not Mallory's child, it's not Mallory's responsibility, so why should she ask about Caylee? I have the feeling she and Lee had this attitude. Let the parents handle it, and don't upset the balance by asking Casey serious questions. It galls and disgusts me that a precious child's life was not more important than princess Casey, not even to someone not of Anthony blood.

And I hope that the SA asks about that dinner when Mallory is on the stand. Doesn't sound like Casey was abused to me if she's having a happy family dinner with two people she says abused her! What a crock the abuse story is. That dinner proves it was the opposite. The A family was terrified of Casey!
 
I hope Mallory is there every day at the trial to hear everything.
 
One thing I did find strange is the night LA and MP went looking for ICA at a club. MP said they arrived at 9 or 10 p.m. They were looking for her and nothing else...no drinking etc. However, they didn't leave until 1 am. What were they doing that whole time. That's 3 to 4 hours of doing nothing at a bar. That's just weird. It didn't take them that long to receive a text saying she wasn't there and not to worry.
