The motion that was unsealed this morning. Casey has been writing to another inmate who is Federal prison. (guess they met at the jail) those correspondence have been sealed and that is what is being investigated.

Correction officers may have helped faciliate the relationship.

The question to the judge from the new attorney asking him if he trusted him made me really uncomfortable and I think caught the judge off guard.

And upset him. My take is Mason was trying to play a professional relationship card. Judge is correct that trusting Mason is not the issue.
