Okay somewhere on this thread I thought I read where someone posted Hornsby saying it would be a conflict of interest. I am confused now for sure. I'll go back and look for that post.

Think about it -

1) ABC threw Baez under the bus

2) Baez throws Macaluso under the bus, but little does he realize he was hanging onto his pants leg and was dragged right with him...

then,

3) Casey throws Baez a curve ball by passing notes...


AND I REALLY DON'T THINK HE GETS THE SERIOUS REPERCUSSIONS OF ALL OF THIS!!!

You would think in a case regarding money and being indigent the defense would have been prepared with itemized expenditures. But nooooo...........

Exactly - reminds me of my first court case when I was very young and the Judge told me I could step down - which was very confusing since I was already sitting/standing on the same level as everyone else.:waitasec:

What floored me about adding on another lawyer, was that it happened at the indigency hearing. Are they allowed to keep adding on lawyers, even when the state is paying for costs? And/or was the strategy to slip him in before JS approved the indigency request?

Does anyone else remember Mr. Mason sayint the the Public Defender's Office could not afford a case like this. He mentioned someones name from the Public Defender's Office and they agreed. My questions would be, how are other death penalty cases tried if not for the Public Defender's Office as most charged with a DP crime can not afford their own attornies?

Wow. Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't RH say that this would be an ethics violation?

So, what are we looking at here? Possible ethics violation for JB? Possible perjury by JB (his testimony today in court)? And how about GA and CA. I would think that the other "owners of copyrighted content" would almost certainly be them. Oh no, couldn't be right? They testified in their depos that they had received no money except for the 48 Hours show. But then again, maybe they "donated" their share to to the defense.

Whole crowd makes me absolutely sick! And to think it's no where near over yet. What else!
