"The area being searched is around Shell Harbour Road, and this is very close to the Magnolia Drive house that Misty Croslin’s parents lived in when Haleigh went missing. Lt. Johnny Greenwood from the PCSO, said the area had not been searched before."

I don't have a link for the above, but the info could be googled to verify it.

It does appear that the Magnolia address was the one near Shell Harbour.

Let's see... There is in fact a couple of boat ramps that are a lot closer to 202 Green Lane...
This one is private and you pay to launch your boat there...it's at Georgia Boys Camp off of Hwy. 17, North side of Dunns Creek Bridge.

Then I took photos of a boat launching area on the side of Dunns Creek Bridge...it's public...Mostly one can only get a jon boat size in that one...

Then you've got a private boat ramp of sorts at Hermit's Cove Bar/Marina...it's near the Magnolia which is a couple of streets down from Tyler off of Buffalo Bluff road... Again, it's only good for a very small boat to launch there.

Just for a little more info on the area, I found this while trying to find something on Hermit's Cove Bar/Marina...while I couldn't bring that up, I did bring up the RIVERS ADVENTURES that is located in Georgetown off of 309 at the end of 309.

I'm not sure how far Walaka is from Satsuma, but at the end of ELM there is a rather deslote public boat launch behind the log cabin bar.

That public boat ramp isn't that isolated and one of the busiest, especially during the summer.... it's also an area that is well checked day/night by the Welaka Police dept. Here is a photo of the Welaka Public boat ramp;

Somebody better help me out here. You mean to tell me that there was an empty house belonging to a Croslin and the guy who is being fingered stayed there and LE never searched that area before. Did they do inspection of that house? oh, brother....grr


Misty and rc both told LE and TM to search that dock area and they didn't. Okay, it is time to start some serious beer drinking. I hope beer doesn't adversely affect Doodoo birds. :drinkbeer:

Thats about sizes it up, however you forgot to mention it has been stated Misty was staying there at that time... ..Chelsy stated Jo went to stay with her and Timmy after Hank Sr. had the accident and was airlifted to Gainesville...JMO

Hank sr had an accident with Chelsea's newly purchased vehicle on Feb7, 2009. He allegedly was living near Shell Harbor when this occurred...okiedokie. The wreck was so bad that he was air-lifted to Gainsville??? Where exactly was this wreck. I had called the local hospital in Putnam and they can't give a good reason why an accident in Putnam County would not be handling a person with a broken leg, even if they were poor and had no insurance...

Now Chelsea reveals that timmy was also in a car accident at the same time and he was recovering in bed on Feb 9....okiedokie. Where was his accident if not with Hank? In what vehicle and BTW, what type of vehicle did Chelsea buy and one more question, what did she trade in?

Is it stupid to assume these two knuckleheads were in the same vehicle when the wreck happened? Or are we now talking a different wreck"? In a different vehicle? Let me add auto wrecks to numerous drugs, guns, and changing addys with this fun-loving group of demolition derby drivers..

Now we have Timmy and Pops recuperating from auto accidents the weekend that misty is out with wbg...yet she doesn't stop partying to visit the hospital, even if her pop was being transported via air transport. Misty is partying in the same city as these people live and yet not a word about her dad and his car accident. She doesnt skip a beat. At this point, Chelsea should be trying to get in touch with her, so should tommy, not to mention her mother...This entire weekend is off...way off. Was misty entertaining WBG at momma's house near Shell Harbor?

I am willing to say that the party weekend was the prior weekend when JO came to town and Nay had the car wreck, the end of January.

I meant to add that the cost of rent either at Sunglow or Magnolia off of Shell Harbor OR
for the most part anywhere is about 450 to 650 a month...

this doesn't include first/last/security deposits. Many places in this instance, don't require a first or last...the places that are for rent, just aren't that nice, to require that...AND this is a POOR county and people can't afford to come up with all of that...

Renting, not so sure..116 tyler is on the market and has been up for sale for a little while now. Keep in mind TN has a real estate license. She can access records of anyones property with that license too. She can go as an independent agent also and look around. She wears a coat of many colors.

She could have been curious, she could have wanted to see the property, heck, she could have wanted to sell the property or even purchase it. She can find out anything she wants about it with her license.

Just thinking outloud here. But, was the yellow rope found after Lindsey moved out? I've always been curious about when the rope was found. I do hope that it wasn't planted by someone.

Boggles the mind doesn't it? I'm so burned out with this case I actually chose to rake leaves and do yard work today instead of checking up on this case. I'm actually thinking about avoiding the computer and just checking on Nancy Grace to see if anything has happened. I know. I'm totally losing it when I'm depending on Nancy Grace for followups. :banghead:

I don't think I can handle much more of the case. These people are nuts and that's the better ones, the others are [unusual people] and the rest are [too]. We have been sitting here for fifteen months with no facts and people who give facts confuse us with the names of cities, mileage, inability to tell time from a clock or remember what occurred minutes ago, no less days.

On top of that these persons of illogic and [unusual-ness] manage to partake in drugs and carry guns. And we are supposed to get inside their heads and figure out what they did and why they did it without any verifiable facts and the LE says NOTHING.

OH Emeradgem, I agree with you wholeheartedly. I have posted recently about my feelings on the Shell Harbour Boat Ramp. I think that whoever tied Haleigh to a cinderblock with the rope also tied the other end of the rope to a pier pole at the dock. Later, I think someone came along, cut the rope, hauled Haleigh into the boat and took her to her resting place. I beleive that that someone was out on the water, in a boat and watching for Haleigh to be put into the river. When the coast was cleared, they came in and took her away. My thoughts? Seven Sisters Island.

How far by boat is it from Shell Harbor to Seven Sisters Island? Also, didn't debs mention a boat dock directly across from PDM? How far by boat is that from Seven Sister Island? Concerned Papa, Ger, where are you?
