HHJP: says will look at ruling and at testimony of said dr. from other cases where he has testified.

JB: you have two issues. what were the specific facts in that case. in this case it was only one hair. only one showed decomp. now, that may be completely different set of facts than in the ny case. it was not just one piece of hair. also, the state in a "clever move" is saying the witness was hired by the defense.

HHJP: i don't care.
