His presentation skills are worse than terrible and Dorothy Simms is EVEN worse, imo. I am the last one to want to help them, but seriously, they need to give CM a shot, because there is no way it could get any worse.

A jury is going to tune them out within the first 3 days, then gonna be stuck listening to them for another 8+ weeks! I cannot even imagine. They will detest this bunch of attorneys.

I agree 500%. They need to fix something and pronto before going before the jury.

Well that's the huge problem that JB has been having all along. He is speaking and presenting this as if it is to a lay jury. But these are highly specialized preliminary hearings where the only audience that counts is the skilled, knowledgeable and discerning judge.

you know I am certain she's going down, all the way down.

I just am not joining in the seeming certainty here that JB is ineffective.
